How to use the map pins and the calendar

Google My Maps: create a map, choose Import on the first layer and pick the KML file. The twelve appear as pins, and the map opens in Google Maps on any phone signed in to the same account.

Offline maps: open the GPX file in Organic Maps or OsmAnd to keep the twelve pins without a signal.

Calendar: open the .ics file on your phone, or import it in Google Calendar under Settings, Import. It holds only dates this site has checked, and gains next year's dates once they are announced.
